Several new and returning shows are expanding their rosters, but the biggest name in the casting news can only belong to Richard Grieco.

The former "21 Jump Street" co-star toplines the Sci Fi original movie "Phantom Force." Grieco plays the head of the Phantom Force military team, a squad called in to investigate paranormal events on a submarine. According to the Hollywood Reporter, he's joined in the cast by Tangi Miller ("Felicity") and Nigel Bennett ("Martha Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart"). The movie recently wrapped production and will air in early 2004.

This is sure to be Grieco's finest work since he appeared as himself in "A Night at the Roxbury."

Over on FOX, the cast of the new Jerry Bruckheimer-produced porn-and-romance saga "Skin" is swelling. Gabriel Casseus ("Black Hawk Down") will have a recurring role as the chief of staff to the anti-porn district attorney (Kevin Anderson). Cameron Anderson will also join the gang as the new porn star in the empire ruled by Larry Goldman (Ron Silver).

On FX, Julie Warner ("Family Law") will do a multi-episode arc on "Nip/Tuck" as a breast cancer survivor who goes in for reconstructive surgery. Also on FX, Lynn Whitfield will join Jamie Foxx in the telefilm "Redemption: The Stan 'Tookie' Williams Story." The "Head of State" and "Cheetah Girls" co-star will play Barbara Becnel, a writer who helps the film's titular former gang member write children's books.

In other casting news, MTV's "The Movie House" host Nick Zano will take a recurring role on The WB's "What I Like About You" as a love interest for star Amanda Bynes and Lyndsy Fonseca ("The Young and the Restless") will do a three-episode run on FOX's "Boston Public."
