Paris Hilton writhes, bares plenty of skin and licks her finger lasciviously in her latest video effort that's been seen by more people than her scandalous sex tape. And that's what's really angering television watchdogs: Everyone, including impressionable children, can see these titillating antics in the latest Carl's Jr. hamburger ad.

The commercial features Hilton -- wearing only a revealing swimsuit that plunges below her navel and stiletto heels -- washing her Bentley before biting into Carl's Jr. Spicy BBQ Six Dollar Burger. In the suggestive ad, the heiress squirms against the car, squeezes a sudsy sponge over her body and sprays a garden hose, all to Eleni Mandell's sultry rendition of "I Love Paris."

"This commercial is basically soft-core porn," says Melissa Caldwell, research director for the Parents Television Council. "The way she moves, the way she puts her finger in her mouth -- it's very suggestive and very titillating."

In a statement released by the grassroots advocacy group on Tuesday (May 24), PTC president L. Brent Bozell says, "Carl's Jr./Hardees need to be held responsible for marketing their raunchy, sexually graphic ad to millions of children via broadcast television and at the Carl's Jr./Hardees' web sites without any restrictions."

The 30-second spot has played during sports programs and during the season finales for "The O.C.," "The Apprentice" and "Desperate Housewives." The curious can also watch the ad on the Carl's Jr. website, while the truly devoted can see an exclusive 60-second version of the commercial on SpicyParis.com, which had to be bolstered by stronger servers after traffic caused the site to crash.

Hilton will appear in a similar ad for the Hardees burger chain on the East Coast to air in June.
